Shipping Policy
- We ship on all weekdays Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
- Free standard shipping with estimated delivery within 3-4 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail in 1day.
- We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier.
- After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us at care@thogaithreads.com and we would be happy to help you.
- Note that once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit.
- Delivery timelines are approximations and timely delivery is depending on the courier service.
