Return Policy

 

We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free purchase experience. But just in case you're not satisfied with the quality, received the wrong item, or defective product. You can request to return the purchased product within 2 days from the date of delivery

To apply for return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions. 

  • Correct Product:  Do not detach and damage the tag. Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
  • Complete Product: If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present. For example: Kurta Sets and Salwar Kameez or Kurti with Jacket or belt.
  • Unused/No Damage Product: The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, no damage and without any fragrance.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked as FINAL SALE
Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
Bottoms - Leggings
Dupattas

      You can return your item(s) through our Return Portal. 

      • Click START RETURN 
      • Give the order number and the contact email provided during the order.
      • Choose the reason for the return, select the resolution and ship with any carrier of your choice.
      • Package up securely the product with the tag and return it to the address mentioned in return approval email you have received. 
      • Please note the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
      • Your return package needs to be postmarked back to us within 3 days of receipt of your return approval to be eligible for a refund.
      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

      Refund Policy

      • We have a 2-day return policy, which means you can request to return the purchased product within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please note, your return package needs to be postmarked back to us within 3 days of receipt of your return approval to be eligible for a refund
      • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 8 - 10 business days after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
